Pretzels Day 2
I had a goal on my workout today of running 10 straight minutes. For some reason my body was just not cooperating. At about 5 minutes I got really dizzy so I slowed down. I then ran intervals and got up to 15 minutes of running total for the workout, but I really wanted that 10 minutes straight. I'll try again next week, something was just off.
I made pretzels again today. They turned out amazing this time. The dough rose correctly, the soda bath worked correctly, and they tasted amazing. I added the baking soda slower and stirred more and I think that was really the trick with the crust. They were all gone within two hours though.
