A Video for Work

Both of the boy's scooter wheels aren't turning very well. They are rideable, but not smooth. Today I took Marks apart and the bearings in them were all shot. They wouldn't turn at all, the wheels only moved because the bolt was loose enough on them.

Luckily, I had some brand-new bearings lying around. It didn't take a ton of time, and I had them all set up to go. The wheels are way way faster now. I'll have to get Warrens another day.

In the evening after Warren went to bed. I decided to create a video for work. I got everything setup in the garage to shoot it and think it turned out really really good and funny. It's for a thing called FLPS week where we can share new ideas and things with other developers. I do want to clear the video with some people before posting it though.

2nd Day of Pickleball

This evening Nikki and I had our second day of Pickleball lessons. We learned a lot and both really improved during the lesson. We played on a team for our first game after lessons, and we won that game. The second game we swapped partners around, and I played against

Winches Off

Today after work Warren and I worked on the boat. We pulled off the two winches. I cleaned up the surface as best I could, , and filled the holes with epoxy. The new winches are only 4 holes, I will need to redrill for those. They likely won't line up,

Kindergarten Zoo Fieldtrip

Today we had Warren's Kindergarten field trip to the zoo. I signed up as a chaperone for the trip, and took PTO. Warren had a blast. The best part was the polar bears were super active in the water. One kept swimming a lap and sliding up against the glass
