Working out in the morning has really been going well. The gym is not usually busy so I can get on the treadmill I want every time. I don't have to stress out about getting there later in the evening, especially with how busy they are. I usually stretch for about 10 minutes every morning before my run, and that really helps get the knots out from sleeping.

I got my computer glasses in today, and they make a huge difference. They didn't come in until the afternoon, but they still made a huge difference in my day. My eyes just don't get nearly as strained throughout the day.
