Great Workout
For my workouts, I went back to week 3 this week. I attempted the 10 minute run at 5.8mph last weekend and failed it twice. For some reason, I couldn't keep it up after 5 minutes. Even after running for 8 minutes just days before. So I'll do week 3 at 5.8 and then week 4 to build up to another attempt at a 10-minute run.
It does set my goal back for next month, but that's fine. Getting injured would set me back even more than two weeks.
So today I had a 6-minute run, which felt great really. I even followed it up with a 4-minute run while the program was doing its cool-down.
