First Day of Sledding

We got 6ish inches of snow today. The kids really wanted to go Sledding. So after we finished the fourth Harry Potter we got donned in snow suits and headed out. But not before clearing the sidewalk and driveway of snow.

The park we usually go to is normally pretty busy and today was no exception. It wasn't terrible, but the hill was pretty torn up and packed down. The kids didn't care at all though. They went up and down dozens of times.

Eventually, I started building the kids a jump. I pulled snow from a paved path and loaded it into a sled. Then I pulled it over and started piling on the hill. About two loads in a crowd started to form to go off the jump. Four loads and half the kids were helping building and going down. Mark and Warren were catching air and having a blast.

RSL soccer game
