Work Christmas Lunch

Today I had a work Christmas lunch.

Most everyone works remotely on my team, but everyone lives within a semi-reasonable drive to get to Salt Lake. So we don't see each other a lot, but it's nice to catch up when we do.

We met at Hu Hut, which is a chain of Mongolian Barbeque restaurants semi-reasonable. I find the food is usually pretty good, and this time didn't disappoint. We sat and chatted even after everything was paid for.

There was a recent reorganization at work, and my boss's new other team had some of their people come. It was nice meeting most of them since they had almost all joined just before or during covid.
