I did some searching on project planning tools to plan for our sailing trip. I looked at a few different tools, and didn't find any that were a great fit. Asana was ok, but didn't offer some of the base things I needed. Monday was the same may.

I think I have settled on Notion. It gives us a lot of flexability to do what I need to do with it, and is customizable and allows collaboration for Nikki and I. It's a bit more technical that the other tools, but I have a lot of that technical knowledge to get what I want out of it. It's free for a lot of the features, though I found a few I would like that it doesn't have.
