Meh day
It took some effort to get out the door today. I had to run out and get my coffee cup, and had to make several trips in and out.
When I finally did leave the car threw a tire pressure warning, so I had to head back and change to the explorer. Nikki took it in and they said we got a nail in the sidewall of the tire, so we had to replace two of the tires.
Work was fine, but I had trouble being productive. There just too many distractions. When I headed home my Libby book has returned on me, and I was only 2/3 of the way done with it.
The animal control talked to Nikki a few times today. They went and got the dogs, we provided photo evidence. His bruise is much worse today. They told the owner that they had to put up a 6 sided kennel in the yard and that the dog was not allowed out at all. The other dog was required to be tied up at all times in the yard.
The owner went in to talk to them, and said they thought it may be time to surrender the dogs. I am hoping that's what they go through with. I want the dogs gone and am willing to go through courts to do it, so I hope they made that decision themselves.
