Gym Setup
The other workout mats came in and it really makes a huge difference. I want to do more area in mats for the walk out to the hot tub, but I think the mats will be too slippery.
I went the the gym today and had a really great workout. I am working on a run through Vietnam right now. It's a 6-week program, but I am repeating weeks 3 and 4 moving up .1 mph every two weeks. Right now I am on 5.3 mph, and think it's doable.
