Today I had a 1 year follow-up for my PRK surgery. My eye look really good. I have 20/20 in one eye and 20/15 in the other, but the one could have just been a little dry. I'm still really happy with my surgery and think it was totally worth it.

Nikki and I went and worked out this morning, it went pretty well. My blood pressure was running pretty good this morning at 119/79. There than than it was a pretty relaxed day of work from home. Mark is at his Dad's so Warren is pretty bored and rampant.
