All the Leaves are Gone

Nikki substituted for two different classes today, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. She had fun, and it was a short day so fairly easy and quick.

After that she came home and her parents came over to help pick up leaves. They were pretty much just in a pile, so it was a lot of cleaning up of different areas and bagging everything.

I was working but came out later. I setup the leaf blower as a vacuum and got the hard to rake areas around the bushes. Warren was thrilled to jump into the garbage cans and smash down the leaves.

In the end we had 10 bags of leaves and a completely full and compacted trash can. The yard is pretty much clear and ready for Christmas lights.
